Dumfries Podcast studio is a new business set up to offer a space and a service for all your podcasting needs.
The "Space" is a studio based in Dumfries town centre, in which you will have use of professional video and audio equipment.
The "Service" is having a live producer to deal with audio and video processing live.
Doing this live means that there is no editing required. You will be able to leave with your product within the time of your booking.
We do also offer the service of editing after the recording. This allows for more choice to be made over the final outcome of your recording.
If you would like to record a podcast elsewhere, perhaps your place of work or an arts venue, we can fulfil that need too. We can make our studio portable and can set up anywhere that has a power connection.

Due to our location, you may hear some noise whilst you are recording in the studio.
The studio is in a shared building in Dumfries town centre, so there may be noise pollution from the street outside or from our neighbours.
However, our audio engineering will ensure none of this noise is present in your final recording

The Studio is located up a flight of stairs, with no lift access.
If accessibility is an issue, please send us an email and we can see if we can arrange another recording location.
